Places We Love

Jamaica in Pictures: Take Your Mind Far Away

S’mady ever tell you to stop stare into space yet?

Well, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with staring into space–for a short while. I believe it’s our brain’s way of briefly shifting our minds into neutral; so, we can relax and regroup then keep going.

So, as I sign off for the Easter holidays (Good Friday to Easter Monday), I thought I’d leave you with a handful of photos to gaze at to help neutralize your mind, lighten your heart and brighten your face during the long weekend.

PLUS, one more thing . . .

Whole heap of “Thanks!” to you.

Yes, you!

It doesn’t matter if you’ve just discovered my narratives, been a faithful reader or read only one deggeh-deggeh post last year an’ jus’ a check back wid me tideh.

A big “THANK YOU!!” for tuning in. I can definitely feel the love.

And now:

Come walk with me . . .
Come walk with me . . .
. . . out to the Bay . . .
. . . out to the Bay . . .
. . . where we can rest a while . . .
. . . where we can rest a while . . .
. . . watch the sea change moods . . .ebb and flow . . .
. . . watch the sea ebb and flow . . .
. . . or sit still . . .
. . . feel the sun’s warmth against our temples . . .
. . . exhale and refresh our minds, hearts and spirits with new life.
. . . exhale and refresh our minds, hearts and spirits with new life.

Catch yuh next time.

Peace and love . . . and Happy Easter.
Angie
